HDR InfiniBand and Dual rail support for Intel MPI

Dual Rail is supported by default for Intel MPI (2018) DAPL.

In case you wish to limit the MPI to use one device, use the provider flag.


-genv I_MPI_DAPL_PROVIDER=ofa-v2-${DEVICE}-${PORT}u


For example,

-genv I_MPI_DAPL_PROVIDER=ofa-v2-mlx5_0-1u

 or 

-genv I_MPI_DAPL_PROVIDER=ofa-v2-mlx5_2-2u
